Our Standard

The website was designed and built in accordance with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758-1998, the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Service Accessibility Adjustments), 5773-2013, and Israeli Standard IS 5568, which adopts the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 at Level AA. Where practical, we also follow the recommendations of WCAG 2.1 Level AA.

Accessibility Adjustments on This Site

• A clear, consistent heading structure on every page and a "Skip to content" link at the start of each page.
• Full keyboard navigation, including the main menu, the Services drop-down menu, the language switcher, forms and dialogs, with visible focus indicators.
• Alternative text for meaningful images, including the partners' logos and the partners' portraits; decorative graphics are hidden from assistive technologies.
• Colour combinations that meet the required contrast ratios for text, and information that is never conveyed by colour alone.
• Text that can be enlarged with the browser's zoom to at least 200% without loss of content or functionality, and a layout that adapts to mobile devices.
• Form fields with programmatically associated labels, clear error and success messages, and no time limits.
• Reduced motion: animations are disabled for visitors whose device is set to prefer reduced motion. No content flashes or auto-plays with sound.
• The language of every page is declared (English, Hebrew or French) so that screen readers use the correct pronunciation, and the Hebrew version is presented right-to-left.

Partial Compliance Due to Third-Party Content

The contact page includes an embedded map provided by Google Maps. The accessibility of this component depends on its provider and may not fully meet the standard. The full address, telephone number and email address are available as text beside the map.
